 I am a former escrow officer with 8 years escrow and title experience, 10 years mortgage lending experience. I worked for a lender in Post Closing, where I was in charge of correcting Notary mistakes on loan documents. 100,000 E & O Insurance furnished by Traveler's Insurance expires 12/3/2025. I am a member of the Lake County Association of Realtors, Notary Rotary and the California Association of Realtors. 

 I cover all areas of Lake County, California; including the cities of Clearlake, Clearlake Oaks, Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake, Kelseyville, Lakeport, Loch Lomond, Lucerne, Middletown and Nice. Travel fees are based on travel time and distance. I have completed the TILA-RESPA training for the new closing documents that are effective 10/3/2015. 

I accept email documents for an extra fee. I have been performing mobile loan signings for over 20 years.
