I provide Mobile Notary Services in all of Lake County and portions of Mendocino County, by appointment.  $15 per signature notarized plus travel fees are based on travel time and distance.

 I specialize in loan signings.  I work with most Title Companies.  Sign your loan documents in the comfort of your home. I was a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent for 20 years.  I didn't renew because it is now an annual extra fee which used to be included with my membership.  I have a completed background screening through Sterling as well as when I renewed my notary commission.

 I am a former escrow officer with 8 years escrow and title experience, 10 years mortgage lending experience. I worked for a lender in Post Closing, where I was in charge of correcting Notary mistakes on loan documents. 100,000 E & O Insurance furnished by Traveler's Insurance expires 12/3/2029.

 I cover all areas of Lake County, California; including the cities of Clearlake, Clearlake Oaks, Cobb, Hidden Valley Lake, Kelseyville, Lakeport, Loch Lomond, Lucerne, Middletown and Nice. Travel fees are based on travel time and distance. I have completed the TILA-RESPA training for the new closing documents that are effective 10/3/2015. 

I accept email documents for an extra fee. I have been performing mobile loan signings for over 20 years.
